Each one of these charming characters are handmade by Stuart at Wild Hunt Art on his Lathe – and don’t worry, the beard isn’t real fur, its faux 🙂
For those not initiated, you’re probably wondering what on earth a Gonk is…..

Well, they’re small, slightly mysterious, big hatted, long bearded and have zero interest in showing you their face.
Part guardian spirit, part grumpy woodland sprite they watch over your home pretending not to care. Traditionally they are said to bring you good luck, protect your space and keep mischief at bay…. although they’ll never admit it.

Every Gonk has its own personality and after some time in your home you’ll get to know yours – but first it’ll need a name.. Eric BimbleFlump, Englebert Dimplesplurge… let your creativity go wild and create a name befitting of your new resident…. even if they will never make eye contact with you.

Never feed after midnight, avoid water and keep out of bright lights.
